Trinitas Regional Medical Center, an RWJBarnabas Health facility, was established in 2000 through the consolidation of Elizabeth General Medical Center and St. Elizabeth Hospital. Situated in Elizabeth, NJ, the hospital serves a population across Union County, offering comprehensive healthcare across two campuses. With 554 beds, including a 120 bed long-term care facility and a 98 bed behavioral health facility, Trinitas annually treats nearly 20,000 inpatients, 70,000 emergency patients and accommodates over 450,000 outpatient visits. The Child inpatient unit is a 40-bed unit consisting of both crisis, intermediate, and DD bed availability. The nurse, along with a multidisciplinary team, collaborate on treatment goals that will be implemented to help treat patients with psychiatric and/or behavioral issues.

Qualifications:

Required:

* ASN or Nursing Diploma
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficient computer skills

Preferred:

* Med./Surg. Telemetry and/or ER nursing experience
