Enjoy a sustainable practice that features: Great work/life balance providing a challenging inpatient career with a sustainable schedule Flexibility in selecting your schedule among several models Strong support from 24/7 inhouse Anesthesia & Neonatal Nurse Practitioners Newborn Hospitalists take2nd call with first call to be provided 24/7 by NNPs and moonlighting pediatricians Can take call from home for 5-bed, Level II NICU Balance of challenging, inpatient practice with quick access to full transport team for babies under 36 wks Clinical position with academic title and the option to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students. Strong array of subspecialty services available remotely and locally Comprehensive Birth Place staff ' OB/GYNs, neonatal nurse practitioners, CNMs, APPs, certified OB nurses, breastfeeding consultant, counselors, doulas, etc. Flexible start - will consider Pediatric candidates starting anytime in 2023 (& possibly 2024).
