We seek a highly motivated and certified personal trainer to join our team at Elite Spartans. As a Certified Personal Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality and effective workout sessions to our clients. We take pride in providing a positive and supportive fitness environment and are committed to helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

Client Assessment:
- Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, goals, and special considerations or limitations.
- Design personalized workout programs tailored to individual client needs and objectives.

Workout Delivery:
- Lead engaging and challenging workout sessions for clients, ensuring safety and proper technique.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for exercises.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.

Motivation and Support:
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Offer support and guidance to help clients overcome challenges and stay committed to their goals.

Communication:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients regarding their progress, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive gym environment.

Continued Education:
- Stay current with industry trends, research, and certifications.
- Attend training workshops or seminars to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Equipment Maintenance:
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Qualifications:
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM). If not, you must be willing to get certified within 90 days.
- CPR and AED certification.
- Previous experience as a personal trainer is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles.
