Responsibilities
Ascension Medical Group TN is looking for Nurse Practitioner APRN APN NP for our outpatient Neurology Clinic.
Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford
* With 407 beds, this regional referral center features a modern facility built in 2010 and a newly-renovated 16 operating room suite
* The hospital is centrally located in the fastest growing county in the state of Tennessee on a beautiful 68-acre campus on the bustling "Medical Center Parkway" corridor with convenient access to dining and shopping areas.
* The hospital campus is currently undergoing a $110 expansion project, which includes the addition of 36 new high acuity beds, a parking garage dedicated to hospital employees and physicians, 18 new critical care unit beds, six additional NICU bassinets, 17 new post-surgery bays.
* The hospital is well known in the community for it's women's services and well-established heart surgery program.
* Saint Thomas Health and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) have an established partnership in Middle Tennessee for training medical residents in a variety of specialties including internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and general surgery.

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
* BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
* Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
* Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
* Master's degree of Nursing required.
