Duties
• Ensures compliance with DoD Software Modernization Strategy, AR 25-2 (Army Cybersecurity), Army Best Business Practices, and other application regulations.
• Reviews directives, policies, programs, enterprise-wide functional user requirements and acquisition strategies to determine the impact and implications supporting automations and orchestration.
• Provides planning, oversight, and analysis of the software for enterprise applications, networks and labs.
• Serves as representative in working groups regarding software development, automations and orchestration, and configuration management policies, standards, processes, and operating issues.
• Responsible for reporting the automation posture of enterprise and tactical networks and applications to the Designated Approving Authority

Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties: 1) Preparing directives on resource management in both the information and financial areas; 2) Plan and coordinate the installation, configuration, and implementation of major hardware or software upgrades to the systems environment; and, 3) Ensure protective and corrective measures are implemented for vulnerabilities or incidents per the direction of the supporting Regional Computer Emergency Response Team (RCERT)
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02 or GS-11 equivalent
