Massachusetts Registered Nurse Case Manager ($45/hr)

Fully remote position but candidate must be residing in Massachusetts.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 and is designed for a driven healthcare professional who is ready to handle complex case management tasks for members with significant health risks. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of facilitating optimal health outcomes by identifying and addressing health care disparities, social determinants of health, and any other barriers to care.

What we are looking for:
  • Active RN licensure in Massachusetts required; additional state licensures a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in diverse clinical healthcare settings
  • Demonstrated experience in utilization management, preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently, coupled with advanced skills in team collaboration
  • Proficiency in multiple IT systems essential for effective case management
  • Proven track record of handling member-driven, measurable care activities
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and the ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse population
