Grade: 110

Salary: $1,021 - $1,340 Biweekly

* Although the salary range from entry to mid-point for this position is provided, appointments are typically made at or near the minimum range.

ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Rotating eight (8) hour work shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Must be able to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Provides assistance to City customers. Resolves customer inquiries by issuing work orders into four (4) work order management systems; performs extensive research of work orders and the City's billing stem, analyses and responds to service requests for various City Departments and provides information on all City services. Receives a high volume of inbound calls through an automated call distribution system. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience. Experience working in teams is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
