HOME HEALTH RN - Providence In-Home Services - Anchorage

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description:

Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing.
* Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
* Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
* Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

Preferred Qualifications:

* One-year Registered Nurse experience in an acute care hospital preferred unless hired as an intern or fellow.
