Join the Mizuho team as the Fenergo LeadWe are looking to hire a hands-on engineering lead as part of Client Reference Data team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading architecture and development efforts. You will be responsible for leading development projects, providing guidance to less seasoned developers, doing proof of concepts and building systems as per requirementsPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Technical Design & ExecutionDevelop system design ,modernize  and improve the platforms using latest technology stackBuild DevOps and Agile cultureTeam ManagementCoach  junior  team members , assist in hiring and upgrade talent in the organizationProvide input to staff constructively to develop them, and make recommendations regarding required training, performance appraisalMay manage a small teamTechnical Skills:Knowledge of modern cloud native architecture.API Driven Systems and IntegrationHands on experience on working Java/Spring/Python applications, building API integrating through API, batch feeds , knowledge of messaging and transaction management,Define application architecture.Worked on integrating vendor systemsPerformance Tuning and MonitoringNice to have technical stack exposureMulesoft ,Kafka or similar messaging stack, ContainerizationThe expected base salary ranges from $160k-$165k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
