Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a BCBA who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you Part-time and Full-time opportunities available Offering an opportunity to grow and be an integral part of our company with flexible scheduling and paid admin hours for full-time BCBAs

Responsibilities 


  • Perform intakes and assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Perform regular wellness checks
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • Current and unrestricted board certified behavior analyst certification and maintain certification through the BACB.
  • Previous experience as a RBT or BCBA  preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Eligible to participate in state or federally funded programs such as Medicaid.
  • Must be able to provide individualized applied behavior analysis services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
