RESOURCES SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Duties
• You will maintain file systems and databases to include administrative maintenance of business systems such as Fusion, SharePoint, and JIRA websites.
• You will resolve problems of both a general and specific nature and refers technical matters to supervisor or peers on the basis of knowledge of assignments.
• You will review documentation for government credit card purchases from initial request to receipt/acceptance by reviewing required data in NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning Program.
• You will be an authorizing official for government credit card (GPC) purchases
Requirements Conditions of Employment
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications GS-11Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-09 level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating experience in administrative maintenance of business systems such as Fusion, SharePoint, and JIRA websites; 2) Incorporating changes to departmental business systems, with a focus on resolving problems of both general and specific nature; 3) Providing training on system functionality and interfaces to personnel as required; 4) Coordinating, processing, verifying, and approving of technical government bankcard procurements; 5) Authorizing official for government credit card purchases, with the ability to review documentation for credit card purchases from initial request to receipt/acceptance
GS-09Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-07 level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Maintaining file systems and databases; 2) Carrying out assignments according to plans, schedules, and instructions provided by supervisors; 3) Assisting with providing training on system functionality and interfaces to personnel as required; 4) Assisting with coordinating, processing, verifying, and approving of technical government bankcard procurements
