Are you an experienced RN that passed the NCLEX, practiced nursing in the United States, and are eligible for active licensure through the Alabama Board of Nursing?

Have you been away from the hospital setting for 5 years or more?

If so, Baptist Health offers a NEW program to help you get back to the bedside with confidence.

The Baptist Health Nurse Refresher Program consists of:

* An in-depth, online theory course developed by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
* A customized clinical orientation/preceptor program to refresh your nursing knowledge and bring your skills up-to-date.
* A dedicated program coordinator and experienced clinical nurse educators to ensure your success.
* An opportunity to earn 140 contact hours of continuing education credit.
* An option to spend time on multiple units before deciding where you would like to work.
* Immediate hourly employment as soon as you are accepted into the program (1-year commitment contract required).
* Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling options after successful completion of the program.
