**Overview -** The Specialist is responsible for processing service orders for billing the manufacturer warranty and extended warranty programs.**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and transmit warranty billing claims for each manufacturer.
+ Process warranty claims for repairs conducted by third party servicers.
+ Calculate and process extended warranty cancellations for warranties purchased more than 30 days from point of sale.
+ Assist Supervisor with claim corrections.
+ Reconcile Service Call Center customer refunds.
**Required Experience**
+ At least 1 year of experience in Data Entry or related experience.
**Preferred Experience**
+ Warranty claims and/or service and repair experience.
**Skills & Ability**
+ Willingness to learn about new products and processes.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ High attention to detail dealing with complicated tasks.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Work is performed in an office environment.
+ May require prolonged periods of sitting/stand.
