Hours of Job

  • PT - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
  • 32 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on event schedules.
  • Occasional weekends and no holidays are required.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and direction representing the hospital in all aspect of Outreach for Grand Lake Health System
  • Assists with sales and marketing of hospital services and provider relations. Maintains a level of professional and managerial competency. Well organized with proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations, staffing, timekeeping, mileage reporting, and processing for Employer Outreach events.
  • Oversight of Outreach events performing procedures appropriate to training when needed. Ensures competency of staff providing Outreach services.
  • Implements appropriate billing procedures ensuring employer services information is forwarded to accounting for employer billing, maintaining appropriate controls over cash receipt functions.
  • Ensures efficiency and accuracy of client enrollment and the results entry / results reporting into health fair clinical applications along with supporting the planning, building, training, and ongoing maintenance of all other wellness clinical applications.
  • Oversight of KYN (Know Your Numbers) program providing health risk assessment and health contingent tracking services to employer clients
  • Provides resources to support Occupational Health functions, as needed performing other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have an acceptable driving record based on Motor Vehicle Report results per our Fleet/Vehicle Safety policy.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.

Education/Certifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed RN. BSN preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in an appropriate health care setting with experience in the offsite, industrial health environment preferred and clinical expertise in occupational health and wellness preferred.
