Psychiatry physician employment in California : We are currently seeking a dedicated Tele-Psychiatrist for a 6-month contract role. This position requires a commitment of 2.5 days each week, offering a blend of flexibility and the opportunity to provide psychiatric services remotely. You will have the ability to make a significant impact in the lives of your patients from the comfort of your own office. Requirements & Credentials: Board-certified in Psychiatry Experienced in telepsychiatry and proficient in the use of electronic health records Schedule Details: 6-month commitment required Minimum of 2.5 days per week, from 8 AM to 5 PM Credentialing timeline: 3-4 weeks following the submission of a completed online application Onboarding Process: The first 3 days are dedicated to onboarding A full schedule will be assigned starting the second week Case and Patient Volume Details: Follow-Up Appointments: Typical length of 30 minutes, for all ages New Evaluations: Typical length of 60 minutes, for adults Documentation: 1 hour allocated for documentation daily Equipment & Systems: EHR System: Avatar and Order Connect for Prescribing Required Equipment: Must possess a personal computer with internet access and a camera Experience: Must have experience utilizing EHR systems. Nurses will be provided during the onboarding process to assist with EHR technology JN Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
