Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior Systems Engineer specializing in RF (Radio Frequency) and Communications, possessing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of proven expertise in RF systems and communications engineering
The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge in designing, developing, and optimizing RF systems and communication technologies to meet the needs of our organization
Responsibilities:

RF Systems Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of RF systems and communication solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Communication Protocols and Standards: Evaluate, select, and implement communication protocols and standards, ensuring compatibility and efficiency within RF systems.

RF Analysis and Optimization: Conduct detailed analysis and optimization of RF systems, including link budget analysis, antenna design, RF interference mitigation, and spectrum management.

System Integration and Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger systems or networks
Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure seamless functionality.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to RF systems and communication equipment, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Documentation and Reporting: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and reports
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Research and Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in RF and communications
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance system performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., RF engineering certifications) are preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in RF systems engineering, with a focus on communication technologies.
- Strong expertise in RF system design, analysis, simulation, and optimization tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, ADS).
- Experience with RF measurement equipment and testing methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of antenna theory, design, and characterization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex RF and communication-related issues.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the aerospace, telecommunications, or defense industries is advantageous.
