Responsibilities Develop data strategy that enables the whole business to operate and shows downstream impacts of learning on business growth and product adoption.Gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements to design and develop scalable solutions to address business needs.Lead, coach, and grow employees in an innovative environment for data insight needs of business stakeholders.Build and implement secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.Enable the product and engineering organization to measure platform reach, engagement, and learning effectiveness.
