While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big picture challenges.As the Finance partner to the Devices Sales Business Organization (DSBO), we create transparency, foster discipline, and drive radically better decisions for Devices and Services by bringing understanding and predictability to the business top line financials. Our team is dedicated to supporting the Sales organization by providing them with valuable insights into their performance and operational expenditures management. We leverage data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Our insights empower Sales teams to make informed decisions that drive business growth and optimize resource allocation. We work closely with Sales leadership to develop and implement incentive plans that are aligned with the company's overall strategic goals. We also monitor the performance of these plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure that they are effective in motivating and rewarding Sales personnel. Our team also plays a key role in forecasting, planning, and budgeting. We work closely with Sales teams to develop accurate and realistic business forecasts that are used to inform financial planning and decision-making. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for DSBO, including P&L management, performance reporting, forecasting, and modeling.Develop/maintain financial dashboards and reports to inform business decisions and track performance.Pioneer initiatives in machine learning and artificial intelligence to guide transition to the next generation of finance capabilities to manage our P&L and boost our financial models. Work with complex data sets to solve difficult and non-routine analytical problems using advanced analytics methods.Drive financial and operational improvements through in-depth analysis of business and operating expenses. Build strong partnerships with Sales Leadership to gain understanding of challenges and opportunities by proactively identifying and understanding their strategic needs.Present model results and implications to business decision-makers clearly and concisely. Lead business planning using financial models and expertise to build exceptional business plans.
