CPR-BLS NIHSS-prior to completion of unit orientation Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Self-Initiative: active contributor to ED flow and throughput Sense of Urgency: provide safe, fast, effective care regardless of acuity or census Adaptability: the emergency department requires constant adjustment to meet acuity and volume intensity as well as situational adaptation Professional appearance and decorum at all times; the ED is the #front door# to the hospital Ability to handle confidential information

JOB REQUIREMENTS
