Ebenezer and Arbor Lane Senior Living is looking for a RN/Nurse. This nursing role is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior assisted living/memory care residents are met for our vibrant, beautiful, and busy community in Burnsville, MN.

This licensed practical nursing schedule includes;

* 48 hours per pay period
* Day shift
* Every third weekend rotation

Responsibilities/Job Description

* Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
* Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
* RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
* Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

Required:

* Current MN RN license or by start date
* AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers(3 week grace period for BLS)

Preferred:

* Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
* Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
* Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
* Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
