During procedures the nurse will function in one of three roles: circulating, scrub or patient monitoring nurse for sedation cases. During the post operative phase the nurse will function with distinct competencies for the post anesthesia or recovery phase. # Report To: Manager # Supervisory Responsibility: Direction: The job requires some accountability for scheduling, assigning or coordinating work. Employees check the quality of work and provide guidance, instruction, training and direction to others. Education: Associate's Degree

Field Of Study: Nursing

Special Training: Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS

Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Illinois, Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year.
