We are actively looking for new grads to join our team in our Medical/Surgical area at Newton Wellesley Hospital. Here are the details:

The Registered Nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Oversees other assigned team members and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.

NWH's new grad residency program is a one year commitment and is scheduled to begin September 16, 2024. Candidates who receive their RN license prior to September may be eligible to start orienting earlier.

We are actively recruiting for several 36 day/night rotating new grads to join our Medical/Surgical team. Opportunities may also include evening and night shifts in some areas.

The ideal candidates must:

* Provide us with a current Massachusetts RN license required to begin employment
* Be a Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
* Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
* Have a passion for making a difference in the patient experience
