Join us.Our BRIC (business risk control) QA team focuses on the quality assurance of the Business Risk Integrated Control (BRIC) of TikTok, which is missioned to protect TikTok users, secure platform health and authenticity of community experience. We aim to improve the usability, reliability, stability, testability of the whole system and ecosystem through project testing, automation testing, CI/CD, test tool construction and etc. Since risk systems/products are data driven businesses, Realtime/Offline data quality and model training/prediction quality are important for the QA team.We are looking for people who have good business sense and rich experience in data quality to join us.- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing functionality testing for mobile applications (iOS/Android/web) and the service of applications- Responsible for designing test plans for new features and regression test cases- Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks- Support implementing test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive- Track defects and manage bugs during the whole software development cycleQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing test plans, test frameworks, test tools, leading QA projects and initiatives- Ability to work on manual testing and automation testing- Familiar with the usage of common storage/message queue- Solid in-depth knowledge of QA methodology and tools- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Python/Golang/Java/C++)Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in testing mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms- Experience in API automation testing, including working experience with test automation frameworks- Experience in programmatically testing products, measuring test coverage, developing the best automation, driving testability, and promoting best practices in quality areas- Excellent organizational and communication skills- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams- Ambitious, a critical thinker, and have a strong ability to solve issuesTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
