Position Overview RMGS, Inc
is currently recruiting (2) LDA Liaison – Professional Developmentin Coronado, CA, and Virginia Beach, VA in support of the Naval Special Warfare Command, Leadership Development and Assessment (LDA) Directorate Services
**This position is contingent upon contract award
** Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) in NSW or SOF organization/operations and/or leadership training expertise aligned to principles of coaching, mentorship, and providing and receiving feedback industry best practices.
* Functions to analyze, provide program feedback, and coordinate program activities to digitally capture individual, unit, organizational performance data.
* Support onsite (garrison command or field training) training and other program data collection activities as required (to include government sponsored travel).
* Contribute to the development and delivery of LDA Programs training, documentation, and standardized best practices.
* Provide expertise in SOF/NSW operations, training, and professional development to bolster program effectiveness.
* As tasked and in concert with Government officials, engage with stakeholders in evaluation related activities to facilitate effective and high-quality data collection.
* Apply industry best practices to the program as the science of identifying and capturing individual performance evolves.
* Remote work may be considered with episodic on-site engagement.Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years within the last 10 years of active-duty service with leadership experience in NSW or SOF and/or demonstrated experience teaching/developing NSW or SOF leaders on the principles of coaching, mentorship, and providing/receiving feedback.
* Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience documenting scope and objectives for training and professional development.
* Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, developing, and managing operational requirements.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
* Enter data into multiple databases.
* Possess an active SECRET Security Clearance.
* If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost their Special Operations designation
