We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Home Healthcare Agency in Broward County, FL.

Essential Functions include:

* Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs at appropriate time points as assigned.
* Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care in partnership with the patient, representative (if any), and caregiver(s) in conjunction with physician.
* Provide services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care that includes the appropriate preventive, rehabilitative nursing procedures and education to patient/caregiver(s).
* Provide professional, respectful and compassionate care to all patients.
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care provided to assigned patients.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills and Abilities Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
* Home Healthcare experience.
* Current CPR certification.
* Able to lift, reposition, and transfer patients as needed.
