DESCRIPTION:

This position consist of a one to one nursing assignment for an elementary level student with multiple medical conditions which include , but are not limited to; gastric tube feedings, seizure precautions, tioleting, vital sign monitoriing, medication administration, first aid and emergency care. Trach/vent experience preferred but not required. This assignment also includes riding the bus with the student to and from school.

REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed Practical/Registered Nurse, current CPR/AED,
Registered Nurse preferred
