Job Description

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling jobs and acting as a liaison between customers and production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
* Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as reports.

Maintain and update database systems using a computer.

* Manage, review and coordinate schedule for one or more locations,

Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Administrative Specialist, Sales Staff, and Production Staff).

* Communicate daily with customers, to schedule jobs, confirm jobs, and inform of any schedule changes or cancellations.
* Review work orders, files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
* Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum Degree: High School Diploma or GED.
* Minimum experience: 1-3 years.
* Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.) preferred.
* Legal Age Requirements: At least 18 years of age.
* Clear Post-Offer Drug Screen.
