* *Company Car program w/ paid gas and maintenance (Full Time only)*
* One year of recent Adult Home Health experience (Required)
* Case Management Experience (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
