This team is responsible for driving the financial analysis and strategic decision-making for the company. They work closely with the executive team and department heads to understand business objectives and provide insights and recommendations. The team is highly analytical and process-oriented, with a focus on developing and managing financial models for forecasting and reporting. They play a critical role in long-range planning, budgeting, and driving overall business strategy.Your RoleLead company-wide long-range planning and decision-making supportProvide strategic financial counsel to executive teamPrepare materials for board meetings and support strategic initiativesOwn Annual/Quarterly P&L, ARR, and Free Cash Flow forecastingPerform budget/forecast versus actual analysis and generate insights for senior managementIdentify and communicate risks and opportunities to executive leadershipProvide ad hoc analyses and critical messages to executives and leadershipDevelop strategic and long-range plansWhat You Will Bring10+ years of progressive growth in Finance, Strategy, or OperationsEnterprise SaaS experienceMBA preferredAbility to develop strategic and long-range plansStrong presentation and communication skillsHighly analytical and process orientedSkilled at building and driving new frameworks and processesAdvanced Excel and analytical skillsAbout the Team**About Your Manager:**You will report to the Sr. Finance Director, Strategic Finance. He has a wealth of experience, having previously worked at Adobe for 4 years, where his last position was Director of Finance.**What The Team Says:**The Sr. Finance Director is known for his supportive nature, always encouraging his team members to grow and excel in their roles.**How We Work:**This is a hybrid role, meaning you will have the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. However, please note that you will need to live in San Jose / San Francisco, Bay Area, California,  for this position.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD$164,320 and USD $328,680 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
