* Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

Responsibilities

* Work in an entry level position providing basic patient care under the direction of nursing and medical staff
* Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs
* Observe patients' progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered Nurse or other medical staff
* Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collects specimens for lab tests
* Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

* Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer into position

Preferred Job Requirements:

* High School or GED
* 1 year experience in acute or long-term care
