MIG Welder Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $22.00 to $24.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
  • Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding
  • Lay out, positions, aligns, and fits components together
  • Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding
  • Sets up equipment and welds parts, using MIG welding processes
  • Assembles parts by bolting and riveting
  • Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling

MIG Welder Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of MIG welding experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication preferred
  • Ability to pass a weld test
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
  • Ability to lift 50-70lbs to include lifting overhead on occasion
  • Reliable transportation a must
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
