Job Title: RN Program Nurse

Location: Warwick, RI

Duration: 3+ Months

 

Shift Timings: 08:00 - 16:30 (M-F)

Pay Rate: $75/HOUR-$80/HOUR-W2

NOTE: Adult Day Center. Ambulatory Care. Workdays are Monday through Friday. Center Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Does not include work on Holidays, Weekends. There is no On-Call responsibilities for this position.

 

Job Description:

  • Performs on-going assessment of client’s needs resulting from cognitive impairment, i.e., dementia, delirium, sundown syndrome, developmental disability, etc., in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
  • Performs on-going assessment of pain (i.e., headache, arthritis) as warranted by standards of care and/or changes in client status.

    Accurately completes admission assessments within allotted time frame.
  • Performs on-going focused physical assessments of clients in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion, as warranted by standards of care and/or changes in client status.

 

Requirements:


  • BLS
