- Compensation: As we expand our primary care program, we seek talent that thrives in a community that values a strong work ethic and desires to impact the underserved-Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a starting range of $192k-$245k-Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members-Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community

- Additional Info: As a community health center, it is critical that our providers understand our mission, values, and the community we serve. JOB DESCRIPTION:-Confident and comfortable treating both adult and geriatric patients-Develops a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referral, including hospitalization, when necessary.-Uses all available resources and treatment, such as lab and radiological testing, appropriately and cost-effectively.-Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame. -Is well versed in relevant outpatient medicine and diagnoses such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc. QUALIFICATIONS:-Understands the mission and practice of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)-Comfortable in outpatient medicine and able to communicate effectively with a varied patient panel-BE/BC-Will accept new grads-Licensed in VA
