Requirements / Qualifications

Possession of a valid California School Nurse Services Credential and a valid, active license issued by the Board of Registered Nursing. Evidence of successful school or related experience in a health services capacity.

* Copy of Transcript (Please include BA/BS transcript along with all post-Bachelor's degree transcripts. Unofficial copies will be accepted)
* CPR/First Aid Certification
* Credential Copy (Copies of credentials must be current printouts of the credential document details page from the CTC website. Certificate copies will not be accepted.)
* Driver's License Copy (A valid, unexpired, California Driver's License.)
* Letter of Introduction
* Letter(s) of Recommendation ( Three current letters dated within the last two years)
* Other (A valid, active license issued by the Board of Registered Nursing)
* Resume
