Boilers Project Manager Job Summary
The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Sales. Our sales team is actively bidding, working on, and managing multiple jobs per week. It will be the responsibility of the PM to manage each project from the point of sale, through completion in the field. 

Boilers Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors
  • Order and manage materials and equipment
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change order and job schedules
  • Oversee and supervise project progress and provide reports on timeline, status, and adjustments via the WIP Process
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to give customer updates
  • Document deviations from project scope, and accurately estimate & relay cost impact accordingly
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely project completion
  • Occasionally assist with budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates with the assistance of the Sales Department 

Boilers Project Manager Position Requirements

  • 5 years of commercial mechanical engineering / contracting project management experience
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Able to manage multiple projects
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions • In-depth understanding of the mechanical engineering / contractor industry
  • Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
