- Ability to lead, train, and coach staff, in person and remote, while identifying staff competencies to manage internal job scheduling
- Research and demonstrate knowledge of technical tax requirements and superior client service skills
- Develop and manage client relationships and participate in proposals for prospective clients
- Monitor the quality of our product and the performance of our tax team
- Perform other duties as assignedWhat You Need for this Position- Approximately 6+ years relevant work experience required- Previous tax experience in public accounting firm required
- CPA or EA Certification required
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
