Full-time Occupational Therapist
Bethea Retirement Community is a non-profit senior living community located in a peaceful and quiet residential area of Darlington, SC. The facility is situated near the Darlington Raceway, which is home to the famous Southern 500 NASCAR race. Bethea Retirement Community provides a wide range of rehabilitation services and personalized care plans to its residents, with a focus on meeting their individual needs and goals. JOB SUMMARY:
OT shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if required by state.
Active state license required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
Active CPR certification.
Annual TB skin test required.
Ability to supervise COTAs and OT techs.
