We have an opening in our Psychiatric Occupational Therapy team for a per diem OT therapist. This role will focus on the following areas:

* perform OT evaluations and assessments

* establishes treatment goals with patient input

* establishes treatment plans

* applies Occupational Treatment to patients

* documents and communicates necessary information

* delegates and supervises patient's treatments to Assistants

* delegates and supervises patient and nonpatient related tasks to support personnel

* collaborates with other disciplines to provide coordinated, interdisciplinary care

The ideal candidate will be entry level and have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed, CPR certification, knowledge of behaviors of adult population and mental health.

Must have 1 years experience working in mental health and flexibility covering weekday and weekends.
