As a member of the Maxx Fitness Team you will receive:

* $30-$40 Base Pay, plus commission
* Salary commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
* Drive growth and revenue through personal training sales and management. This position will require the right candidate to run their own training sessions.
* Lead flawless execution of department best practices as they pertain to personal trainers and clients
* Co-lead professional development of personal training staff
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3-5 years personal training experience
* Demonstrated experience managing and growing a personal training client base
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales both personally and through support of membership staff
* Demonstrated ability to hit budgets/goals
* Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.
* Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills
* Minimum of 2 Current national personal training certification
* Current CPR/AED certification
* Computer literacy
* Ability to manage time efficiently throughout the workday.
