Job Summary
Provides and coordinates patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care for the Surgical Services area. The nurse will work with patients in Preoperative, Phase 1 and Phase 2 areas of care for our outpatients and inpatients scheduled for surgical and GI procedures. Please join a great team that supports an efficient, fast-paced, surgical environment that provides high quality care for a unique and appreciative patient population at our community hospital.
Related Qualifications
* Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
* Associates in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
* Current IL State RN licensure and CPR Certification
* Team and customer service skills
* Computer skills - windows and database systems
* Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
* ACLS, NRP, PALS, EKG monitoring, arrhythmia interpretation, airway and ventilator management as required per department
