Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Attorney to join the team at a vibrant law firm client located in Boston, MA In this role, the successful candidate will have an established medical skillset in the legal field, and/or have prior experience in reviewing, analyzing and summarizing medical records and/or medical malpractice experience.


This role is expected to begin on a fully on-site schedule, and transition to hybrid. The typical firm hours vary between 8:30-5:30 to 9:00-5:00.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Medical records: request, obtain, organize, and review pertinent information pertaining to a case.
  • Create medical record timelines and summaries for narratives.
  • Facilitate review by expert witnesses.
  • Preparation of medical portion of litigation documents.
  • Conduct research on medical literature.
  • Communicate with clients, medical records departments, attorneys, and support staff.
  • Generate demand packages, 60L notice letters, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update client files, and expert database.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active MA bar license
  • 1-3 years of previous law firm experience.
  • Previous experience reviewing medical records.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
