Liberty Hospital is Joint Commission-accredited community hospital located about 15 minutes northeast of downtown Kansas City and serves several counties in the Northland.# The mission of Liberty Hospital is to work in partnership with our community to improve the health, safety and well-being of those we serve, and its quality is reflected in outstanding patient satisfaction surveys and numerous accredited service lines. #As a Staff Nurse RN on our 20-bed Cardiac/Medical Stepdown Unit, you will work as a part of an integrated care team to deliver the highest quality of care to critical patients.# While this unit serves as a stepdown to our ICU, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and care for acute patients, collaborating with Physicians, Pharmacy Staff, Patient Care Techs and other members of the continuum of care. Skills you may practice on this unit include: Vasopressor Management Drip Management/Titration Bipap/Advanced Airway Management Stable Ventilator Management Post-Op Cardiovascular and Thoracic Care Stroke Management Required Qualifications: Education: Graduate from a nursing program Licensure/Certification: Current RN license with eligibility to work in the state of Missouri; BLS; ACLS (within 90 days of hire) Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN);#graduate from an accredited nursing program Experience: Minimum one (1) year of recent telemetry experience in an acute care hospital setting; open heart or post-PCI experience Licensure/Certification: Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN); Cardiac Vascular Certification; Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)

Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from a nursing program

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); graduate from an accredited nursing program
