Minimum Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Prior experience working with children, preferred.
* EITHER Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification, OR desire to work toward receiving RBT
* certification.
* Maintaining RBT certification yearly.
* Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and appropriate interventions for students on the Autism
* Spectrum or with severe behavioral needs.
* Possess excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
* Able to collaborate and work alongside other staff members.
* A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment
* Complies with drug-free workplace rules and corporation policies
* Meets all mandated health requirements
* Respects and observes the right of confidentiality
* Support corporation decisions and direction relative to matters of policy and administrative directives
