Piper Clinical Solutions is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join a community-based team delivering mental health resources in Wake County, North Carolina. The RN will be a member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals providing clinical support to patients in inpatient/outpatient facilities, and in their homes. This person will have the option of working a Monday - Friday first shift schedule, or a 4-day, 10-hour first shift schedule.

Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse include:

* Administer medication, including injectables and provide education on proper medication use and side affects
* Evaluate, document, and report patient health issues. Work cross functionally with other team members like Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselors, etc.
* Provide case management services for treatment plans including follow-up, setting up medical appointments, education on community resources, etc.
* Participate in team meetings regarding care plans, resource allocation, etc. for community members

Qualifications for the Registered Nurse include:

* 1+ years of Nursing experience
* Prior experience within psychology/behavioral health, preferred
* Active North Carolina RN licensure is required

Compensation for the Register Nurse include:

* Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
