If working for a global market leader that provides state of the art tools, resources and support to secure and retain clients is something that excites you, apply today.The RolePrimary accountability for creating and executing a business strategy to penetrate the local and regional market in obtaining completely new Health and Benefits clients of the company; retain and grow revenue with clients once on boardMeet or exceed revenue and market penetration goalsServe as senior Health and Benefits strategist for clients, ensuring that health and welfare plan design meets clients’ needs and fits within overall benefits strategyRaise awareness of WTW's capabilities in the marketplace through conference appearances and various other profile building venuesContribute to the development of new tools and approachesBuild relationships internally with sales and marketing team and consultants within and outside H&B to effectively collaborate on sales opportunitiesHelp to identify and develop future Producer talentThe Requirements5+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in an enterprise business development role, preferably in an employee benefits or HR consulting environmentProven ability to generate revenue and bring on entirely new clients of an organizationA well-articulated sales process and disciplined approach to lead generation and prospect management/follow-upTrack record of success in managing and growing large client relationshipsAn executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skillsAbility to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organizationInterest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in health and welfare plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approachesExcellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPointAvailability to travel regularlyBachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma requiredState Life and Health license required within 90 days of joiningEOE, including disability/vetsCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
