A week in the life of a Journeyman Marine Engineer:
• Assist with Senior Mechanical Engineers in design, development, and evaluation of auxiliary systems.
• Review third party design modifications and improvements to mechanical systems and components.
• Assist with performing design reviews, evaluating constructability, helping resolve technical issues, and managing information generated through the design and construction phases..
• Conduct marine engineering analysis as they relate to vessels.
• Create graphical representations of structures and systems.
• Inspect equipment or systems.
• Research of advanced engineering designs or applications.
• Prepare technical reports for internal use
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance At least 3+ years of experience in:
• Marine Systems engineering At least 1 year of experience in:
• Working with Microsoft office suite

The salary range for this position is $ 80,000 - 88,000
Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law
