* 20. Provides Complete And Accurate O.R. Records.
* 21. Communicates/Documents Patient Status And Care Needs To Appropriate Team Members.
* 22. May Be Crossed Trained Into Other Rn Roles In The Surgery Center

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; Bsn Preferred. Proficient In Use Of Computer Software To Include Electronic Patient Records. Must Have Ability To Use Internet For Literature Searches Regarding Care For Patients.

EXPERIENCE

Two Years Operating Room Experience Working In A Variety Of Surgical Specialties Performing Both Scrub And Circulating Duties Required. Ambulatory Surgery Facility Experience Given Preference. Has Demonstrated Independent Thinking In Previous Position And Willing To And Capable Of Applying That Skill In A New Environment. Has Demonstrated Critical Judgment And Decision Making In Other Situations In The Absence Of Manager.

LICENSURE

Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License

Certification In Peri-Operative Nursing Preferred (Cnor). Bls Required.
