Assesses patient(s) by direct observation and data collection. Records and reports objective and subjective data in an accurate and timely manner. Reports the patient(s) condition and or change in condition as well as signs and symptoms that deviate from normal health status. Develops individualized patient care plan. Collaborates with team members by sharing relevant information, demonstrating initiative, and supporting team decisions and work life of the department. Position Purpose:

* The Licensed Registered Nurse provides and coordinates patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
