Seeking Compassionate Per Diem RN in Georgia for Field Visits

Position: Per Diem RN Location: Fulton County, Georgia (Alparetta, Sandy Springs, Union City, Hapeville, etc.) (Field Visits) Job Type: Per-Diem, Flexible Hours

Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough home safety assessments to identify potential risks and hazards.
* Obtain vital signs and perform mini head-to-toe assessments with precision and care.
* Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families regarding health management and safety measures.
* Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Maintain accurate documentation of assessments.

Requirements:

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
* Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within designated geographic areas.
