We are looking for an experienced OB Tech to join our night shift

This is a PRN position, working 1-2 shifts per week and as needed.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced OB Tech to join our night shift This is a PRN position, working 1-2 shifts per week and as needed.

Responsibilities

* Assists surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set-up for operations and passing items to doctors and nurses as needed
* Assists in preparing and moving patients and in cleaning the operating theater
* Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of tasks
* Works under general supervision
* Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

Qualifications

* Certificate of Graduation from an accredited School of Surgical Technology or military equivalent
* Certified Surgical Technologist required upon hire
* AHA/ARC BLS required upon hire
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
